We’re looking for a Platform Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time at our business premises in Kuwait. This role will involve managing a platform for voluntary work. If you have experience in booking platforms, reservation processes, or similar operations, that’s a big advantage!
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily platform operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Report any technical or operational issues to the designated team and follow up until resolved.
• Coordinate with clients, manage reservations, and liaise with the call center and agency.
Requirements:
• Full-time availability, working remotley or onsite in Kuwait.
• Experience in operations, booking platforms, or reservation processes is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Platform Operations and management roles.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Platform Operations.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
