Platform Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Platform Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time at our business premises in Kuwait. This role will involve managing a platform for voluntary work. If you have experience in booking platforms, reservation processes, or similar operations, that’s a big advantage!

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Supervise daily platform operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

•⁠  ⁠Report any technical or operational issues to the designated team and follow up until resolved.

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with clients, manage reservations, and liaise with the call center and agency.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Full-time availability, working remotley or onsite in Kuwait.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in operations, booking platforms, or reservation processes is highly preferred.

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications:

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

•⁠  ⁠3+ years of experience in Platform Operations and management roles.

•⁠  ⁠Strong technical skills and knowledge of Platform Operations.

•⁠  ⁠Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
