Jo Academy is the first e-learning platform in Jordan, established in 2014. It provides comprehensive educational services for students following both national and international curricula, as well as university students. The platform employs cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence to make information more accessible, aligning with the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Its offerings include online training courses, recorded lessons, practice exams, and a blended learning system combining online and in-person education.

Jo Academy has served approximately 1.4 million students and attracted over 4 million followers across social media. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it collaborated with Jordan's Ministry of Education, recording over 5,000 lessons to support the national curriculum. The platform has also established partnerships with various institutions, such as Zain, the Finnish Refugee Council, and Al-Khwarizmi College, offering solutions like learning management systems and digital transformation services​
