Odoo Developer (Techno-Functional)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with a techno-functional background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and implementation, including functional expertise in modules such as Accounting, Assets, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.

•Provide functional expertise and guidance, especially in Accounting, Asset Management, and HR.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

•Perform system integrations, data migrations, and upgrade implementations.

•Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing modules and customizations.

Required Skills:

•Strong experience (3-5 years) with Odoo development, including Python and XML.

•Good functional knowledge of Odoo modules: Accounting, Assets, and HR.

•Understanding of business workflows and ERP implementations.

•Ability to customize workflows and create efficient solutions for client needs.

•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

. Preferred Qualifications:

•Odoo Certification(s).

•Background in accounting or finance.
