Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our team! This position can be remote or onsite, offering flexibility to fit your needs. If you have a strong background in software development and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain our platform (website, with plans for an app in the future).

•⁠  ⁠Troubleshoot and fix issues, bugs, and other technical problems.

•⁠  ⁠Add new features and conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance.

•⁠  ⁠Manage hosting, server, and other technical needs to enhance platform performance.

•⁠  ⁠Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business needs.

•⁠  ⁠Identify and evaluate new technology trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

•⁠  ⁠7+ years of experience in software development and management roles.

•⁠  ⁠Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.

•⁠  ⁠Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Full-time availability, working remotley or onsite in Kuwait.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in operations, booking platforms, or reservation processes is highly preferred.

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
